The historic heritage listed Goods Shed has been refurbished to its former glory as an adaptive 7-level commercial office space and architectural attraction. In addition, a glowing beacon of light in the form of The Lantern is an iconic entry point to the Goods Shed from Collins Street.
The Goods Shed and Lantern building reflects Collins Square’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. Through insulation, double glazing and rainwater harvesting, this historic treasure has emerged as one of the oldest heritage buildings in Melbourne to achieve a Green Star 5 rating.
