The Sweet Greens Smoothie
- 1/4 cup (4 segments) peaches
- 1/2 banana
- 1 handful spinach (approx. 30g)
- 4 dates
- Light shake of nutmeg
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 5 ice cubes
- For an extra boost, add a tablespoon of peanut butter
