'A day in the life' is a new monthly interview series where we take some time to get to know some of our precinct community. This month we speak to Sophie, from Transurban.
1. What do you enjoy most about your role?
The work is always challenging and I work with an amazing group of people not only in my team but throughout the business. I have formed so many amazing friendships in my 21 years with Transurban. It now feels like an extended family.
2. What's your favourite aspect of Collins Square?
I love the variety of take away food in the Retail Plaza and all the other different shops within the complex.
3. What is one local or regional destination you would love to travel to and why?
I would love to travel to Perth. Sunny weather, beautiful beaches. What more could you want?
4. What's your signature dish to cook at home?
As my background is Greek, there’s so many delicious options. From a greek souvlaki or cooking a gyros, to the amazing baklava and greek sweets I make, it’s hard to choose one signature dish.
