How do I access the End of Trip Facilities?
Collins Square provides a designated End of Trip Facilities for each and every tower, with amenities ranging from bike racks and showers, to vending machines and a towel service. Please contact concierge for more information on how you can gain access to the End of Trip Facilities in your tower.

Where is the closest post office?
The closest walking distance post office is located at 837 Bourke St, Docklands VIC 3008 (approx. 10 minute walk or 6 minute tram from Collins Square)

Where are the Australia Post parcel lockers?
The parcel lockers are located in Tower 5. Head towards Hightail Bar then walk down the ramp and on to the left of the sliding doors are the parcel lockers

Where are the public bathrooms?
Collins Square has two public bathrooms – one located next to Woolworths Metro (in between Woolworths Metro and Harvest Juice) and one in the Retail Plaza just past the parcel lockers.

Where is the best place to get a Taxi?
Dedicated taxi ranks are located on the doorstep of Collins Square. Offering practical and convenient access for day to day meetings and interstate travellers. Outside CBA (727 Collins Street) Harbour Esplanade, New Quay and at the coach terminus at Spencer Street Station. During events at Etihad Stadium, taxi ranks are provided on Latrobe Street near the Gate 6 entrance and Bourke Street near the Spencer Street intersection.
