Feel the Thrill of F1 Racing

1. Participation, entry or booking a timeslot in the Feel the Thrill of F1 Racing event (Event) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Walker Corporation Pty Limited, Walker Group Holdings Pty Limited and their related entities and bodies corporate (Walker) have no responsibility or liability to any participant or third party (including but not limited to property or personal loss, damage or injury) in relation to this Event.

3. Participants must weigh no more than 110 kilograms, be 18 years or older, and have a height between 152 cm and 183 cm, to be eligible to participate. Participants must not be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other medication, or suffer any medical condition or illness, that may impact their safety or well-being. In particular, the Event may not be suitable for individuals with motion sensitivity, epilepsy, heart conditions, or other similar medical concerns. Participants participate at their own risk.

4. Pepperstone (the presenter and promoter of the Event, unaffiliated with Walker) or Walker may refuse to allow any person to participate in the Event, at Pepperstone’s or Walker’s sole and absolute discretion.

5. Walker may cancel the Event at any time, without notice.

6. Walker does not guarantee that a participant will be given the opportunity to participate, even if that participant has duly booked a timeslot.

7. Any misuse of the simulator or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Event.

8. By attending, participants consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes by Walker. If a participant does not wish to be photographed, the participant is responsible for notifying Event staff. Participants consent to Walker using the participant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Event (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Walker.

9. In order to conduct this Event, Walker needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Event is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into Walker database. Walker may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity and research purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Walker Corporation Privacy Policy. Participants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to Walker. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of Walker. Upon a participant’s request, all information provided will be removed from Walker’s active database. All entries remain the property of Walker.
