Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to use of the Collins Square gift card (“Gift Card”).

  2. References to “we, us, our” in these terms and conditions are to Walker Corporation Pty Limited ACN 001 176 263 (“Walker”) and Villdock Pty Limited, Collins Square Management Pty Limited or Collins Square Hospitality Group Pty Limited each being a related entity of Walker. If you let another person use your Gift Card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these terms and conditions.

  3. In addition to these terms and conditions, you further agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of use issued by the issuer of your Gift Card, namely Cards4all Pty Limited ABN 99 118 809 886 (“Cards4all”). The Gift Card remains the property of Cards4all at all times. If you let another person use your Gift Card, you must tell them that they will also be bound by the Cards4all terms and conditions. The current version of the Cards4all conditions is available at the Collins Square Concierge.

  4. Purchasing or using the Gift Card means that a contractual agreement is created between you and Walker (or a related entity of Walker) and that you accept the terms and conditions of this agreement and those issued by Cards4all as varied from time to time.

  5. Victorian law applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

  6. IMPORTANT – EXPIRY DATE: The Gift Card will expire on the expiry date shown on the Gift Card. Immediately upon expiry of the Gift Card, it is no longer valid and all transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and may become our property.

  7. Gift cards may be used to purchase goods or services at participating retailers in Collins Square with “EFTPOS” facilities, when the Collins Square retailer elects to accept the Gift Card and the Gift Card has enough unused value to make the purchase. Some Collins Square retailers may choose not to accept the Gift Card in their absolute discretion.

  8. We may, in our complete discretion, refuse to sell a Gift Card to any person at any time and for any reason.

  9. Gift cards purchased at the Collins Square Concierge will be activated as soon as reasonably practicable after purchase. A service fee may be payable on the issue of a Gift Card.

  10. Gift Cards are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or a form of security.

  11. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be used for cash equivalent transactions, reloaded, returned for a refund or have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card. We may in our sole discretion elect to cancel a Gift Card or block any such transaction if you attempt to do so.

  12. Gift Card balances can be checked at https://www.collinssquare.com.au/retail/gift-cards/.

  13. Gift Cards should be kept secure and treated as if it was cash as any person in possession of the Gift Card can use it to make purchases at a participating Collins Square retailer. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by calling the Collins Square Concierge on 03 9252 7600 (during normal business hours on a business day in Victoria) or by attending the Collins Square Concierge in person. We may be able to stop the Gift Card value being used, but require the card number, original balance and expiry date in order to be able to do so. If you cannot provide this information we will not be able to stop the Gift Card value from being used.

  14. Gift Cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way whatsoever.

  15. We may replace a faulty Gift Card in our absolute discretion but we are not in any way obliged to do so. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value as it did at the time of replacement and expiry date. Apply at the Collins Square Concierge or call the Collins Square Concierge on 03 9252 7600 (during normal business hours on a business day in Victoria). You must present the original receipt and reference number for your Gift Card in order to be eligible to obtain a replacement gift card. If you cannot provide this information we will not be able to replace the Gift Card.

  16. If you have a query concerning the Gift Card, please attend the Collins Square Concierge in person or call the Collins Square Concierge on 03 9252 7600 (during normal business hours on a business day in Victoria).

  17. We may cancel the Collins Square Gift Card scheme for any reason and at any time without notice. If so, we may provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a Gift Card.

  18. We can and may vary or replace these terms and conditions from time to time (including to introduce new service fees and/ or charges). The current version of these terms and conditions is available at the Collins Square Concierge.

  19. Walker, any related body corporate of Walker, and any past or present officer, employee or agent of Walker or one of its related bodies corporate, are not liable in any way whatsoever for:

    • the use and/or operation of the Gift Card issued by Cards4all; and/or

    • the availability, quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the Gift Card. Any dispute about the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the Gift Card must be resolved with the relevant Collins Square retailer. Except for rights which cannot be excluded, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, any conditions or warranties implied or imposed by legislation or otherwise on Walker or any related body corporate of Walker are excluded from these terms and conditions of use.
