Terms & Conditions
Promoter. The promoter is Villdock Pty Ltd as trustee for the Villdock Property Trust, trading as Collins Square, 727 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008.
Eligibility. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, Walker Corporation, retailers/tenants within the precinct, and agencies associated with the promotion (and their immediate family) are ineligible.
Promotion period. The promotion opens upon publication and closes at 8:00am (AEST) on Monday 9 February 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
How to enter
Entrants must: Complete the official entry form; and follow Collins Square and 1 Hotel Melbourne on Instagram at the time of entry and at the time of the draw. Failure to complete both steps will result in an invalid entry.
Limit of entries
One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries using the same emails/accounts may be disqualified.
Prize details
One winner will receive all of the following for two people:
Overnight stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne on Friday 13 February 2026 with breakfast included (Allocated room subject to hotel availability; 1 Hotel reserves the right to change the allocated room without notice);
Dinner & drinks at Chiara Wine Bar valued at up to $200 (any additional costs beyond $200 are at the winner’s expense);
Couples 60‑minute massage at Bamford Wellness Spa Melbourne on Saturday 14 February 2026 at 10:00am.
The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Winner selection & notification
The winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter on Tuesday 10 February 2026 and notified via email the same day. The winner must confirm acceptance and provide all requested details by COB Tuesday 10 February 2026. If not received by COB, the prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter may conduct a redraw to award the prize.
Verification
The Promoter may request proof of identity, age, and residency. If requested documents are not provided within the timeframe, the entry may be deemed invalid.
Instagram disclaimer
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any liability arising from participation.
Privacy
Personal information is collected for the purpose of administering the promotion and awarding the prize and may be used for Collins Square and 1 Hotel Melbourne marketing communications. Data will be handled in accordance with Collins Square’s privacy practices.
Changes & force majeure
If the prize (or any part of it) is unavailable or affected by circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute an equivalent value prize or vary, suspend, or cancel the promotion subject to applicable laws.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for: (a) technical malfunctions or entry failures; (b) late, lost, or misdirected entries; or (c) any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the prize or promotion.
General
The Promoter’s decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
