As we reach the midpoint of the year, Collins Square invites you to slow things down to move forward. Introducing Mindful May, a tenant exclusive initiative designed to help our community build practical skills around stress regulation, mental wellbeing and sustainable daily habits.
Take part in one (or a few) complimentary wellness classes at our Connect Mind–Body Studio, including Strength, Mat Pilates, and Yoga + Breathwork. It’s a chance to step away from your workday, try something new, and reset before heading back to your desk.
Each session is followed by a complimentary Boost Juice, and you may even walk away with a Wellness Hamper if luck is on your side.
