Recognising the People Behind Collins Square

A clean precinct. A safe environment. Everything running smoothly, day in and day out. At Collins Square, these things don’t happen by chance. They’re the result of a dedicated network of professionals working tirelessly behind the scenes, from early mornings to late nights, and everything in between.
Their work allows Collins Square to operate like clockwork. And while much of this effort happens out of sight, it never goes unnoticed.
That’s why we run our Customer Service Compliments initiative, a quarterly program designed to recognise and celebrate the individuals who consistently go above and beyond in their roles. It’s our way of saying thank you, and of reinforcing the strong sense of community that defines the precinct.
Last quarter, the Customer Service Compliments program received dozens of thoughtful nominations. Among many standout nominations, a small group was recognised this quarter.
