Each 30-minute consultation includes:
- Vision assessment
- Eye health checks
- Macula screening
- Digital retinal imaging
- Plus any additional testing required, followed by personalised eye health advice.
Valid Medicare card required. Bulk billing is subject to Medicare eligibility and applicable claiming intervals. Appointments are essential and subject to availability. Additional tests or services may incur a fee and will be discussed beforehand with Eyes On Optometrists. Glasses, contact lenses and other products are not included. Eyes On’s standard booking and cancellation terms apply.
